Super loud helicopters hovering in Clinton Hill.

I live at Washington and Fulton, and for the past fifteen minutes or so I've been hearing EXTREMELY LOUD, and low to the ground, helicopters or maybe planes right overhead. They seem to be hovering, and the noise is incredible!

I'm wondering what the hell is going on! Anyone have any insight?
