Man with Van Recommendation

Actually, I need two men and no van to move a treadmill up three flights of stairs. It weights about 150 pounds. And to take out some air conditioners. Anyone work with a local inexpensive mover or know two guys who could do this?

sorry I only do van thing no labor, if you just want guys to move stuff i suggest you hit the working class areas of brooklyn grab yourself a few day labors.
