condo showroom takes over music spaces on 5th Ave

The little music store and jazz bar spaces on 5th Ave are going to be a model condo for one of those monolith monsters sprouting on 4th Ave, according to this blog

    Somethin Else?
    Something else in the Somethin' Else space? That's for sure. For weeks I've been trying to figure out what's going in the former record store and Puppet's Jazz Bar spaces - and yesterday I got my answer: A showroom...and not just any showroom. This space (at 294 5th Avenue) is becoming MODEL CONDOS for the building going up on 4th Avenue and 7th Street. So 4TH AVENUE is coming to 5TH AVENUE. Now that's a new one. Maybe next 5th will get a flat tire repair shop...

    that's so weird -- when i go to the link you posted, i don't see that at all, just a picture. i poked around for a minute and i still don't see it.
