Seeking a good hotel, inn or BB in the area

My uncle recently asked me if there's a good place to stay nearby, and I found myself drawing a blank. I've lived in the area a couple years now and I can't recall seeing any B&Bs or inns in Park Slope or Prospect Heights. Any help?

I know of a private residence in Prospect Heights where the owner is trying to rent out the ground floor in a "B&B without the second B" kind of arrangement. Would require me to go digging through my inbox...

There was also this thread on Dailyheights.com:

My dear friend Johanna runs the Angelique Bed and Breakfast in Carroll Gardens:

    Angelique Bed & Breakfast
    405 Union Street
    (718)852-8406

Her brownstone is very charming, and she makes a great breakfast. it's right off of Smith Street on Union. Tell her Stacey sent you {that won't get you a discount, though}.

there's a place on Carlton near Park Pl - a B without the second B
totally blanking on the name, but I'm sure you can find it with the address. it wasn't cheap but it was less than most city options and our overflow crowd did fine there....

    Thanks, folks.

Pitu - Carlton and Park Place - right where Park meets Flatbush, eh? Where the Q stop is... Any other clues as to where exactly - or will it be obvious once I'm searching the area?

I've heard of this place as well and am also blanking on the name. I'm pretty sure it's on the east side of the street. I may have the name written down somewhere at home. It sounded really nice but my parents are cheapskates and prefer to kip on our sofabed.

I think there's a B&B on Park Pl as well. Not sure of the name or exact location.
