Prospect Perk: Break-In Early Monday Morning, Oct. 15

Prospect Perk on the corner of Flatbush and Sterling had an early morning break today. Murat, the owner, told me the crooks took the weekend sales (and this morning's muffins), that kind of loss would hurt any small business. It was a clean break-in, no vandalism, it sounds to me like the Perk was cased. Did anyone on Sterling Place notice anything early Monday morning?

That sucks.

And not to be the Grammar Police but "break-in" is the word/term. Subject confused me. Thought there was some sort of coffee "break" promotion there this morning that I missed.
