MS Word/Outlook Question

Duh...I'm feeling so spastic, but I can't remember how to do this.

I received an email with 2 attachments. I want to take this entire email + attachments (not just the attachments, I need the text in the email as well) and insert/link it to a Word document I am creating.

Every time I try to save the original email I'm getting reallly ugly formats (e.g. DOS). If I save it has HTML, it tries to paste all of the text into the Word document.

I want it to look like a little envelope icon, so that in my Word doc, I can say "refer to email" and then have the icon.

Am using Office 2003 in XP

Anybody? This is what happens when you take time off of work...

Make your Outlook window a little smaller and click and drag the email to your desktop.
