Looking for small office in Prospect Hgts

I'm looking for a small private office in Prospect Heights. I'm a reporter and I'm in the process of leaving the Wall Street Journal. I need an office where I can write, talk on the phone and have internet access. I'd mostly work during the day, though sometimes I'd need access late at night when I'm on a deadline.

I've seen office space offered on the Northslope Yahoo group: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/northslope/

You might have to sign up first to access it.

There's a building on 8th Ave between St. Johns and Lincoln that recently put some signs in their windows about having office space for rent. It's on the block there with a subway entrance (opposite corner). It looks like a neat building.
