Homemade Donuts

Almost every day on my walk down 7th Ave to the Q Train, I pass a family out on their brownstone's stoop near Berkeley selling homemade donuts. Does anyone know what their deal is? And are the donuts any good?

    you pass them every day but you have yet to buy one? How have you been able to resist? Please buy one and report back your findings!

    If I lived closer, I would take one for the team. (Of course, I wouldn't actually "take" the donut. i would pay for it.)

    What time are they out there? Are they apple cider donuts or do they have a variety? How much are they?
