Question aout a block: Quincy between Nostrand and Marcy

I'm going to see an apartment this weekend on Quincy between Nostarnd and Marcy. I'm not too familiar with that part of Bed-Stuy so I'd love to hear about that block if anybody has insight. It's $1000 for 2 bedrooms. Good deal for that area?

Hi. Read through the thread further down this forum.."thinking of moving to bed stuy."...many responses and specific to your exact location. You will get some feedback but you have to visit at different times of the day and on weekends to get a feel for the area and see if you like it.good luck.
