Big fight 11/5 at Eastern and Franklin?

Anybody hear about this? Or see this? The Daily News reported something about a fight between 100 youths on Monday at Eastern and Franklin. That must have been one hell of a brawl.

I can't find anything on the Daily New site or anywhere online. Was it in today's paper?

I live near there, got home last night around 9:30, didn't see a thing walking from the Franklin Ave subway.

It was in today's paper (which I left at work, of course). I think it happened Monday afternoon sometime.

Last week (I'm sorry - I don't remember what day) I was walking on Eastern Parkway about a block away from the Franklin subway station, around 8:30am, and there was a big croud of kids clustered around the subway entrance. I thought that subway service must be out (even though it wasn't even raining ) and people were trying to figure out how to get where they were going. But then the croud parted into a circle and two kids in the middle of the circle started slapping and smacking and clawing at each other. I couldn't even tell if they were boys or girls because I was too far away. About 10 seconds later, maybe less, a police van rolled up and the cowardly kids all scattered. The fighters fled into the subway and I don't think the police caught them. I wonder if that was related...
