park slope yoga?

i'm a beginner but i want to start some yoga - i really need to relax (anyone else notice how hard it is to relax in this town?) ---

i belong to the y on 9th - do they have good classes or should i go somewhere else?

does anyone know anything about the park slope fitness cooperative? i know they have yoga.

open to all recommendations. i'm a beginner - something basic - don't know anything about all those complicated types of yoga!
