this lady probably in her 40's or 50's bothers me all the time to fix her lights and doors etc..

today i thought i got ups packages run down stairs and its her. i generally tend to avoid her.

she was like i need help getting a door knob in. so i was like fine.

so i fix up her door knob but i need to do things run errands for myself.

so i put it in and screw it half way in and told her just screw it to the right. she was begging me to stay and finishing screwing the screw . i was like you can't mess this up just keep screwing till it get tight!! but she kept insisting i stay. god its creepy. so i ran out of there.

in the past i changed her light bulbs and other things. god she borrows salts and other things too . man this lady needs to get laid.

now she is ringing my bell of the hook.

god this is scary. i should of never help her out the first time.

Armchair, maybe you should just tell her that her requests have crossed the line, and that you're not willing to do odd jobs anymore. You're not the super, after all.

she is a weirdo. but desperate too. many times i saved ups and con ed guys.

con ed meter guys would ring my bell and hers. they would read her meter and she would talk their ears off, you see it in the guys eyes, they are frighten. i go out and go hey you coming to read my meter or what.

they run over to my place and they always thank me lol.

same thing goes for ups guys. if they are about to delivery something. she would talk their ears off and i would say hey you got my package.

now i'm in complete avoidance mode with the lady. i'll pretend i dont know who she is.

she also very nosy. once i had few female friends come over to hangout and she'll mention them . very creepy.

Maybe you could ask her whether she's been checked for Pick's disease (frontotemporal lobar degeneration / dementia).
