Gigantic Inflatable Rat on 4th ave and Degraw?

This huge(at least one story high) nasty looking inflatable rat was on Degraw BTW 4th/3rd.
I noticed some picketers too.
There's I think a community center or something by that building.
Did anyone else see this?

    I think the rat is typically positioned by unions outside of offices that use non-union labor. Or something like that.

    yes, it means they are using non-union labor and the union is calling attention to it via the giant rat.
