i paid them last month 1k for account B and 900 for account A.

instead of going to two different accounts. they went to account A. no problem call them up and told them they credit the wrong account. they were suppose to transfer the 1k from account A back to the other.

this week they transfer 1k from account A back to account A . instead of A to B. now my credit bill is over 30 days over due. they better not mess up my credit score.

grrrrr

Don't call, go in person and see a live person. Make sure they transfer the funds and give you a print out/statement.

Yeah, BoA sucks. I use them too.

And make sure that the live person you talk to isn't an idiot as well. I use Chase and I've had to deal with a fair amount of idiocy from them. There's this one guy in my local branch who's always standing at the customer service desk dispensing wisdom in all things Chase AND HE'S ALWAYS WRONG!! I can't tell you how much of my life he's wasted so far. I had to stop a bank check, and that ended up taking a FULL DAY because of him. It's unfortunate because it makes everyone around him look bad, and THEY know what they're doing while he does not. Yet he's always the one at the customer service desk and he won't let anyone else help you if he's available. Grr!!!
