Malibu wildfire stretches across 4,500 acres

A "dangerous and dynamic" wildfire in Southern California that destroyed dozens of homes grew to 4,500 acres Saturday evening, officials said. High winds and low humidity were contributing to the struggle to put the fire out, but firefighters have been able to contain 25 percent of the blaze.

What is going on?
Wasn't the last round found to be ( at least partially) arson?
Geez.
