Home Inspector

Anyone have any recommendations on someone they liked that did a home inspection in the area? Name and a number would be great - but any advice on how much I shoudl expect to pay would also be helpful.

Also, anyone who wants to share their home inspection stories - please do - I am new to the process so any advice is good advice!

Never had occasion touse them myself but people swear by the Ubells who you can hear on the WNYC's Lenard Lopate show

Do a search on Brownstoner.com. That's where we found our inspector. I think we paid $750.
