20 for me. I'm willing to fight dirty if necessary, but I'm not too steady on my feet. Especially with the vertigo I've been having all weekend.

But still, 36-55 is a WIDE age range and you could be in any state of health during those years, from "healthy athlete" to "about to keel over any minute".
