Photography Classes?

Anyone know where I can enroll in photography classes for adults? It doesn't have to be located in PS, I am willing to go to other neighborhhods. It is something that I have always been interested in. I have looked at Kingsborough, but they close so fast or are offered at times that don't work for me.

Thanks!

try the school of visual arts (SVA) or the international center for photography (ICP). and the new school might have classes as well.

I think those places -- especially ICP -- can be pricey at times. You might want to take a look at Cooper Union's Continuing Ed; I took a 35mm photo class there in the pre-digital days (about five years ago) that was excellent.

Brooklyn Artists Gym has a few digital photo workshops that might be good, too. And they're in the Slope/Gowanus area.

check out FIT's continuing ed courses:

important thing when choosing a photo class is make sure you add in ALL the costs of using the darkroom/equipment and paper/film/chemical costs

My husband is just finishing up his first photography class at ICP.
he loved it and is taking a second one this Winter.
