My UPS Nightmare

Wednesday.....I lost a day of work wating for my package to be delivered.
Tuesday....I called and used my tracking # to find out that my package would be delivered by 7 p.m. I left work early - 1 p.m. arrived at home a 2 p.m. No delivery.
Thursday...I stayed home again because this was the final attempt....no delivery. I called thursday at 5 p.m. I was told the package should arrive by 7 p.m. No delivery

Subject: UPS Nightmare..cont'd

Friday...I called UPS... was told an attempted delivery was made on Thursday at 7:30....whaaaa? I didn't hear my door bell ring. I was home and awake..seriously.....

I was told my package was at Maspeth Station.I had to pick it up before 5 p.m. Friday (err..today)

I rushed and left work early again to get to Maspeth. I arrive at aprox. 3:30 p.m. The line was out the door. People were screaming that they had been on line for an hour. Whaaa? Seriously..an hour!

- There was ONE guy working the pick up counter. He WENT to find a package 45 minutes ago. He came back to the window APPROX 3:48 p.m. gave the first person on line her claim slip back and said. "I'm off. I leave a 4 p.m. He said "Happy New Year "....and left us standing there.
There was no relief at the window.

- There were two people at the station processing outgoing packages...they didn't know who the person was who left...they didn't know who was in charge....they didn't know if relief was coming...

So did you ever get your package?!
