what the heck [Astoria Federal robbed?]

ok the police have zooming up and down 7th ave for the last few minutes.
theyve made several u turns and keep going by in opposite direction.
like they are trying to stop something "in progress" and dont know where it is ....

what in the heck is goin on ?
