BubbleWorks Laundry Service

Can anyone recommend another pick up and delivery service in our area?I have been using BubbleWorks for years, but their service has declined terribly. They miss deliveries and don't bother to notify you. They also refuse to give new bags. The bag I have is about to disintergrate. Sometimes the clothes are wrinkled beyond belief. When I call to complain I am met with arrogance and indifference.

I think a new laundry is opening up on the corner of Hall and Myrtle where a chinese food place used to be.
I have no idea on services offered.
