    Thanks this is very cool and I love all things NYC history and subway history.
    What forum was this? Add the link.

    Too bad the corresponding dates aren't included with the construction map.
    Surprised the ACE Line came so much later...and the S Shuttle was so early...Also wish I could slow it down and rewind, etc with play controls.

    Hmm... The J and Z lines seem to be the oldest lines. That explains a lot.

    I just noticed that the Franklin shuttle preceded the 2,3 and 4 lines.
