This hurricane is for pussies

Is anyone else dissapointed by the non-ferocious Trop Storm Ernie? I was looking forward to high winds and sheets of rain so as to hit the Belt Pkwy promenade or the cove next to Sheepshead Bay and watch the water slam into the rocks. This frigging system is just plain annoying.

I was wondering when someone would comment on that. Looks like a non-event.

Oh, yes. Let's hope for a great American city to be practically destroyed and lots of poor people to get abandoned by their government and left to drown in their attics and starve on their rooftops. Katrina was a BLAST!

I don't know; we have two cats, and they were both pretty indifferent about it.
