whas goin on at Nostrand Clifton?

Anyone know? Plenty of cops and ambulances. {At least one took off with sirens & lights.} A few streets blocked off from traffic. Huge crowd of people standing around at the corner.

Just checking back to see if anyone has any info and realized I mistakenly said clifton when meant to say nostrand and lexington.
