"Club" on Franklin?

Hi All! This building on Franklin between Bergen and Dean is being renovated. The workers told me it was going to be a "club" but that seems unlikely. Anyone have any info?

Yeah, I asked them what it was going to be. They jokingly said "a strip club." Then they asked me what I would like to see there. As of a few weeks ago, I don't think they had any idea. 

The address of this building is 615 Franklin Avenue.     A few months ago, a group was considering making it a kids' play space, but that fell through:

Thanks! Will be curious to see what it becomes. With Berg'n opening any day, any business will be lucky to be right around the corner.

Another building I've been watching, on the corner of Classon and Dean, has been under construction for a long time and I haven't heard anything about what it might be. I'll take a pic when I next walk by to post. whynot_31: any info? You seem to be in-the-know!
