123 Prospect Park

Has anyone tried to get info about when these places are going to be available? I registered on the website but still haven't heard anything.

123 Parkside Avenue, aka "123 on the park"

I don't have any info, but thought I would add that these are the apartments in that converted hospital.    The building is visible from the loop path:

For a 2 br 2 bath that's a not a bad price, especially if it looks as new and big as those pictures claim. I'm talking from the realistic perspective that everything is expensive here and you can do far worse for the same price in brooklyn.
