Everyone loves a house tour. The curious question on my mind is where are the tenants who were bought out to open up these buildings for these lavish renovations and how are they doing? Feels alot like what will happen to Crown heights.  Seems once the change is complete and the renovation dust has settled the idyllic sets in.

Why assume that these owners have pushed anyone out?  The house pictured was purchased 25 years ago when it was vacant and there were no other takers. The House Tour supports the Civic Council which uses the money for grants to the community.
