Is it official that Starbucks will be one of the ground floor tenants at Eastern Parkway?  I know people had alot of 'insider information' but I am curious if any sort of official documentation is out there?

It will become official when aptsandlofts issues a press release.

In the past, trusted posters on this board have only been "wrong" when a deal falls through.

Given how far in advance some of us get information, such instances are unavoidable.

Starbucks said Wednesday it will open a new location in Crown Heights this fall at the new residential building at 341 Eastern Parkway.
