Please make it stop!

If you parked your car on Prospect Place, between Vanderbilt & Underhill, on the north side of the street, please check your car. There's what sounds like a broken car horn or alarm going off like crazy... it's been like that for at least the last hour (I got home at 6:30-ish).

I called 311... and actually saw a cop car outside... so hopefully it'll stop soon. I'm just going a little bit bonkers.

it stopped! surely, someone else called 311 as well... cause literally a minute after i posted... poof. no noise.
