This is a smart way for the developers of 1000 Dean to get people into the space.

Hopefully the acoustics are good enough for a movie; I attended a mtg there and the acoustics needed work.

Yeah...the filmmakers will probably have  good speakers. I'm excited to see this film.

I hope they don't have a Polly Anna approach to the various groups sharing the neighborhood.

I am more partial to Coexistence. I see that as the best outcome.
