Bring a Patsy's Pizzeria to Nostrand

Wouldn't this be awesome? I'd love a good, solid, delicious red sauce joint (with slices, please) on Nostrand. I made this its own post so that if Patsy's has a marketing person, maybe this plea will show up in their email box!

I predict Nostrand Ave (between EP and Atlantic) will get 3 or more new sit down restaurants by Jan 2016.

I don't know whether they are "first", but I believe Meme's Healthy Nibbles has table service for brunch.
