New bar - Rogers btw Carroll and President

Hello folks - I don't have an exact address (I will get that) but a former hardware store on Rogers btw President and Carroll (south of Eastern Parkway) was recently closed and a new buildout has been happening.  I heard the proprietors of the Franklin Park family were going to be opening a bar/pub in the location.  I peeked in and it is definitely going to be an establishment along those lines.  Anyone have any details?
