Residential Building on Lincoln Road

I was in PLG this weekend and saw a new residential building was going up on Lincoln Road just west of Wholesome Gourmet and Lincoln Park Tavern.  Nothing had been constructed but the ground has been cleared.  Unfortunately I passed this on the way back from a wedding at Prospect Park so I couldn't take a photo of the rendering hung up on site or get the developer's information.  Does anyone have information on this building or is able to send me an earlier link started about it?

I think the city requires a sign on the construction site stating what type of project it is and an illustration of what it will look like once completed. I think it's going to be a residential building that will be shorter than 626 Flatbush Avenue. (Yay.)

Gee, the Brighton Line is probably going to get way more packed in the morning over the next few years.

yes - it is definitely residential - I saw that much - I will grab a pic when I am in the neck of the woods again to post here

Hmmmm - it is still basically a hole - I wonder what the hold-up is?

I have been told lic'd contractors are hard to find at the moment, as they are working on the most profitable projects first.

...needless to say, that is not necessarily the reason this particular project is delayed.
