One can now get ice cream near the corner of Fulton and Kingston. Capitoline Grounds

Capitoline Grounds, 1499 Fulton. I believe it is in the same location that a previous ice cream place was located: Ice to Meet You.

I haven't stopped in yet but have heard good things from a neighbor. She says it also has good quality coffee & tea, Morris Kitchen syrups, cheese, eggs, Nona's sauces, and Brooklyn Slate cheese boards. And that the owner's one of the people involved in the previous business.

Their fresh lemonade is pretty killer too.  The owner says that his shelves should be full stocked by September, when everyone is back from their vacations, but it's definitely worth checking out now. 

Finally stopped in. The ladies working there were super friendly. They also make sandwiches and crepes, have a backyard with WiFi, and offer an interesting assortment of goods on the shelves (quince paste, Hey Boo coconut jams, Olli salame.)
