Primary/Family Care Physician Recommendations

Hoping to get some recommendations for primary/family care physicians.  I have used Robinson/Lopez on Plaza St. up until this point, but I have become too frustrated with the operations (doctors themselves are fine, though a bit too quick to refer to other doctors).  Looking for someone within walking distance of PH.

I was referred to Sunrise Medical at 55 Greene Ave and have been using them for several years.  No problems other than normal frustrations with med care systems.
