I think I went last year. (This is the event on Cortelyou Road). It was a nice, family-friendly street fair. 

I went last year as well.  Good turn-out for a street fair with lots for kids to do.  Also, beer specials at the local bars.

I think the Flatbush Coop was selling some refreshments (food) outside its store too. (Food & drinks w/o high fructose corn syrup!)

There was one or two stoop/yard/garage sales just off the route that was taking advantage of increased food traffic.
