911 Nostrand and Montgomery, 5 stories, 8 apts.

Someone filed plans to add a couple stories (five total when done) to 911 Nostrand Ave.  It will have 8 apts. when it's done.

I "think" it's only 2 stories today.

It appears to be a clone of 907 Nostrand, which is presently for sale for $1.6M

Plans were approved for this project in June... not sure what the hold up is...

I hope they save the TV antennas on the roof;  they work much better than rabbit ears.
