Given the location, amenities, outdoor space, and parking...I don’t think this price tag is far off. It’s also a condo, which is hard to come by

As the schools get better reputations or at least are better known the numbers will go up.

Coops along EP are already in the $875 a sq ft range, and they are less expensive than condos.
