Loud music tonight?

Does anyone else hear vaguely religious sounding, loud music? Around sterling place and ny/brooklyn aves...

I heard the same and I live closer to Union Street.

I also noticed it late last night when I took my dog out for a walk.  We followed the tunes to the Chabad-Lubavitch headquarters on Eastern Parkway at Kingston.  They were having a huge party, with dancing tons of dancing and singing all around the outside of their building.  I would assume that it had something to do with Sukkot, but that's just a guess.
