I'd hire a good landscaper after the police are done with the scene....

That place was a social club or speak easy kind of place if you will. Drugs, prostitution etc. so the neighbors say up until about two years ago. Also on the block new is a port a potty outside of Climax. Perhaps some demo coming and a new remnant. Whynot??

I am not aware of someone going into Climax at this moment, but that doesn't mean there isn't one.

...Some people like to keep such things private.

Senator Bedfellow (Bloom County) always denied that he hid Jimmy Hoffa's body in the pond, maybe he buried Hoffa in a backyard in Crown Heights.

657 St. Johns can be yours for just $825k -- a bargain in this market:

Oddly, it seems to have sold in February for $925k, making this the first negative flip I've seen in the area since we got here in 2009.

Makes you wonder what the story is, and whether it's related to the body.

Once a lot has been body-free for a while, it might command a lower price.

Could have included cash under the table or a sale amongst partners
