That place was a social club or speak easy kind of place if you will. Drugs, prostitution etc. so the neighbors say up until about two years ago. Also on the block new is a port a potty outside of Climax. Perhaps some demo coming and a new remnant. Whynot??

New tenant.

I am not aware of someone going into Climax at this moment, but that doesn't mean there isn't one.

Gothamist ran a story on this today.

Senator Bedfellow (Bloom County) always denied that he hid Jimmy Hoffa's body in the pond, maybe he buried Hoffa in a backyard in Crown Heights.

Oddly, it seems to have sold in February for $925k, making this the first negative flip I've seen in the area since we got here in 2009.  

Makes you wonder what the story is, and whether it's related to the body.

Once a lot has been body-free for a while, it might command a lower price.
