I can't say I find this little $1.4M lot very exciting, but I do wonder how long the Dialysis Center on its left will be there. For those not aware, the building next to the Dialysis building is the Hello Living Sterling building.

While I can tell from the context that this post is about Sterling PLACE, one of my pet peeves is when people write about either Sterling or Lefferts and don't specify whether they mean STREET or PLACE. This is a Crown Heights AND Prospect Lefferts Gardens list and it's so confusing that there are similarly named streets in these adjoining neighborhoods.
