sublet needed starting in January

Los Angeles-based writer/journalist seeking sublet or short term Brooklyn rental January through May 2015 (possibly longer.) Flexible on neighborhoods but ideally somewhere near 2/3 or A/C subway lines. Mature female, quiet, clean, non-smoker. Would prefer a private apartment but will consider a share. Sparsely furnished or even unfurnished is okay. Allergic to cats but I love dogs. Price is a consideration but I'm not in denial. Thanks!
