    Hmm... Maybe we should lower our hopes. Perhaps the best that Empire can get is a storage facility with a restaurant on the ground floor.

    It's the tried-and-true business model of "Done digging through boxes of your stuff? Well how about digging into this plate of food and stuffing your face!".
