Is there a gym in your building where I could train people?

Since moving to DUMBO, I'm bringing my Manhattan personal training business exclusively into Brooklyn. I'd like to let residents in Brooklyn Heights, DUMBO, and Downtown know that I am available to train them by putting up/sending fliers to buildings that have gyms in them. Does anyone know any places where I can put up fliers that won't get torn down quickly?  What buildings do you know of that have community gyms where I can offer training sessions to residents? I appreciate your help.
