NYPD to get Smart cars

Spring 2015.   You can run, but you can't hide.

I wonder if people will tip these over just like the smart cars in SF.

Unlike the Cushman, they can at least carry two officers

There goes the Starbucks and Dunkin Donut stops. Cops need to be trim to fit in those things.

I'd like one of the Cushmans. Hope NYPD puts them up for sale/auction.

I think you need a motorcycle license to drive one of these.

NYS seems to have a lic that allows one to drive a 3 wheeled motorcycle, but not a 2 wheeled one.

The enclosed cushman vehicles look much slower and more unstable than the average motorized trike.
