The PLEX commercial space

Is any thing ever going to happen with the ground floor commercial space?  I know they switched rental agents but still nothing. 

I can't believe they haven't gotten someone in there yet. I know there was a rumor a bank was looking at it, but passed on it. I'd suggest they go with a day care center.

It would have to be an awfully big, expensive day care center because the rents they must be asking I would think would be quite high.

Last night at the CB9 mtg, Ms. Newsome stated that the Plex was seeking $30k a month.

It came up in the context of whether the nearby Associated could move to The Plex in the event it lost its lease.
