Guardian Property Management

Hello - I am on the board of a small condo in PH who use Guardian Property Management and I would like to talk to any other buildings who work with them. Thanks!

last time i made a comment it was deleted, guess this site do not want people to comment honestly.

All I will say is that i know this company and the owners at guardian property management is totally hands on and should have know what is going on. They used to manage my building and we go statements every quarter from the owners.
