They showed up and asked CB8's support for a beer and wine lic. tonight, and CB8 supported same.

That seems dangerously close to Geido & Taro to thrive. Maybe they are counting on those waiting for a table to bail on Geido?

Any early indication if they are trying to go very high end or cheapo? Koto is around the corner and my go to on the low end of the price scale. You have to go down 7th to find a high end sushi place in the hood (Katsuei).

At the mtg, they stated they had operated other restaurants, but never held a alc lic before.

So, my thought is that they are not going to be in the "sushi with high end soju" part of the market.

That sounds really weird! Anyways, I have been looking to sell my sedu flat iron and a hot brush. Actually we are shifting to Colorado so we are selling most of the things. If anyone is interested to buy then PM me!
