This news is a little dated (they filed for a lic in mid Dec), but I thought I would let those who are unaware know what is coming.

so excellent! here's hoping it's a nice place. i've noticed the storefront next to this, 703, is for rent and being marketed by corcoran no less. it's about time more businesses come to parkside around ocean and flatbush--we have some pretty decent places already, but too many shuttered store fronts.

I was told the restaurant and bar is called Parkside and that it's brick oven pizza. It looks very nice inside. Grey/blue paint, white subway tiles, slate colored tiled floors, nice bar space, exposed ventilation industrial look.

Not sure how reliable this account is or if it's just some rumor. If this place has food that would be nice

got a glimpse inside this morning. didn't want to snap a photo because two men (presumably owners/investors) were standing outside the open door while other men worked inside. it's lovely, airy, and light! seems like they opened up a window in the back or something. the bar is a slate blue with a light colored countertop. not a smidge of reclaimed wood!
