Former Bagelteque Cafe Space on 5th

Anyone know what has gone into this space? I looks like something has had a soft opening in there, but they have done no marketing that I can tell. It even still has the old Bagelteque sign over the door.

A paper sign in the window indicatest that the name of the place is Ollie & Ry. Looks like they sell coffee, but they don't open until 8am. Kind of late for a coffee place IMHO.

Bagelteque used to be my go-to spot for super early or super late (3am) bagel sandwiches, sad to see it go.
